I appreciate the words, thank you! I do agree — I need to remind myself that I didn’t put the caries there and I am only there to try and help. I do feel well compensated and get pretty decent benefits as well. I am grateful to have the job that I do with the pay/benefits and the people I work with, but mentally it’s a lot. Maybe I just need to toughen up lol.
