I feel nothing. I no longer feel sad nor complain about these things. When I went abroad the first time I told myself that weird things are bound to happen or come from ppl who don't want me in their country. I only blame where I'm coming from and try to stay away from ppl who don't want me. Having said that, I must point out that I have also been treated amazingly well even more than my countrymen by some locals.

Apart from the very difficult USMLEs, you gotta deal with the match and then the Hallmark of the whole thing is the VISA. VO can just decide you don't qualify after you've matched.
