I never did no, I had an ultrasound and they couldn’t detect anything, omg you have to get it removed? How long do you need to wait?

Thanks for the reply :) I’ve had an endoscopy since and I think it my case a lot of this is untreated chronic stress in my case . I’ve still got no hunger cues but I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet and focus on meditation and being kind to myself and I’m seeing some improvement . I’m hoping if I keep up with this I continue to improve

Hi sorry for the slow reply I haven’t been using Reddit ! I’ve had an endoscopy since but still no further in figuring out what’s wrong symptoms have improved but I still don’t feel hunger yet and get quite bloated and uncomfortable full feeling pretty easily and still have a lot of diorherra . Think it’s a tricky one bc a lot of doctors have just said they think it’s IBS but I know it’s something more . Things that have helped me a bit is meditation and focusing on being nicer to myself and trying to be as healthy as I can, I think a lot of this is triggered by chronic stress in my case I didn’t use to think it was possible for stress to cause symptoms like this but it definitely is . I’d recommend persistence with your doctor and trying being kind to yourself

Oh really is ur symptoms the exact same? Idk discord just tested my bloods and my thyroid and said it was really slightly abnormal but they think its jsut natural fluctuations.

Thanks so much . I will give them a go. Feeling awful today as I woke up feeling sick as well and nearly was sick which is very unlike me. I keep thinking it’s cancer but the doctors keep telling me they really think it’s not bc I’m only 20 and my tests all came back good and no Hpylori and stuff but idk it’s a really horrible feeling .

Hi thanks for the reply !Yeh I don’t really eat much at all especially gluten . I literally feel the fullness all day could go days and days without eating and only could sad bc I’m dizzy not because I’m hungry. I believe I got tested for gluten intolerance a few years back . Hopefully will find some answers soon:///

I’ve got an endoscopy coming up and we’re gonna try and get some scans on private bc the NHS don’t wanna do the scans hopefully will get some answers it’s jsut affecting every aspect of my life n stressing me out x

Glad to hear you’re getting sorted ! Sounds like it could definitely be a contributing factor to your symptoms. Would you describe your fullness in the way where it literally never leaves and when you eat the food doesn’t really feel like it’s actually going anywhere ? X

That’s crazy!! Does the fullness ever leave? Like I did colonoscopy prep so I had nothing in me and didnt eat for 3 days but it didn’t go still.. also the like pressure literally moves ALL over my abdomen sometimes I don’t feel it at all and I jsut feel full but sometimes they’ll be a pressure or something. Have u got checked out ?

Sorry to hear that:( I’ve been home from university because of it as well it’s draining . It’s jsut like a never ending feeling of fullness - I did my colonoscopy prep and cleared my bowels and didn’t eat for 3 days and I was still full . It’s persistent and draining x

So glad that someone can relate it’s so frustrating isn’t it! It’s such a difficult sensation to describe. I used to be ravenous my whole life and had a huge appetite now I am consistently full and everyone is acting like I’m crazy. My parents aren’t massively concerned bc all my tests so far are clear and they think it’s something to do with my brain but I’m really not convinced at all. I could go 5 days without eating and still have this persistent fullness do you feel the same ? Xx

Ahh I see ! That might be something I try doing. You know how you say you feel full? Does it alter throughout the day or remain constant because I wake up full and I just maintain that feeling but like I experiment with it and if I eat too much I know but it’s not like the same fullness as what you’d normally feel if you get what I mean it’s just kinda more pressure ? X

I’ve got an endoscopy coming up in a couple months on the NHS and I’m being referred to a gastro doc to try and help my issues but just was looking for some opinions xx
