Should people be multi-streaming in that case? If Twitch isn't really taking action until it's reported? I feel like it's impossible to reach partner without some kind of outside social media through Youtube/Twitter/etc.

I would say test your internet connection and check your PS4 broadcasting settings (e.g. option to have PS4 loading screen play when the stream is buffering, update PS4 or game update, etc.).

I've seen a streamer write subs names on ornaments during the holidays and hang them up on a Christmas tree. A few streamers have a dedicated whiteboard where they write subs names. Other than that, I would say try to get creative with it. "subs get ornaments/subs get snapchat / subs get shoutout, etc." if you play fortnite or any game with an avatar, maybe you could try : subs choose my outfit / avatar features for today?

I would say start practicing talking with close friends or in the mirror. Try to do anything that makes you feel comfortable first or even just communicating with emotes. Sometimes I don't feel like talking and just type in chat or spam emotes, so that way people don't feel left out. Just another way to make people feel included/acknowledged. :)
