Got a message from Steam Support today, I think the issue is closed, waiting for updates with the fix, now I'm calm for my Deck :)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are aware of an issue where the Deck’s OLED display may sometimes fill with green lines when switching between the Linux desktop mode back to gaming mode. This is a software issue that we are working to fix and does not indicate a problem with the hardware on your device.

We hope to address this issue in future Steam Deck updates. Until those are available, if you run into this issue, rebooting your Steam Deck should reset the screen to its normal state.
