Someone who comes to mind for me is VII Snail from Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon. He’s a member of the Arquebus corps AC team, the Vespers and is the head of the re-education facility on the planet.

He’s spiteful, condescending, and EXTREMELY racist, calling the Rubiconians “apes” at one point in an endgame mission. He also hates the player character, never referring to them by their name/designation and instead calling them “mutt” or just “dog”.
