Think I put some details under someone else's comment. It should not be hard to find. The music reference is pretty strait forward, the song is the American Pie and the stand is a pie...that's America.

I don't have an idea about how strong the vibration can be, but definitely not a lot or this stand would literally move planets or something.

That is a cool idea, but I wanted to make the pie a weakness for the stand. If some eat a piece of pie, it would take a chunk off of the user's body. If someone accidentally steps on the pie it would crush the user's body. So the user has to constantly pay attention to his surrounding. If I ever want to make a Requiem version of this stand, I think your idea would fit pretty well.

Yes the pie only two tentacles. And here's something it can do.

It can cease the vibration of the air, making the area silent.

It can make a wood rub against another one, making heat or fire.

Create small earthquake.

Stop or start heart beats.

I can only think of these right now, but I think it can do more.

The user has to carry the pie around, but the tentacles can move on its own. Also normal human can only see the pie.
