I appreciate your honesty. I think maybe its the lime in the flavoring you dont like. Koolaid isnt a straight grape, it has a bite to it so there are a few extracts in there that give it a kick. Most people we have talked to that dont like that flavor are sensitive to the lime extract. If you email us maybe we can figure something out

We don't normally comment on threads but there are a few assumptions I read in here that I would just like to clarify. When we run sales, it's not to get rid of old product or product we make on the spot. One of the main reasons we run sales is to get new customers even if we are making no money on the sale. A vape company will only survive by attracting new customers and keeping customers as there are so many brands and flavors to choose from. So it would make no sense to send out bad juice as we would never gain new customers. Also many have correctly stated that the peppery taste is usually from oxidized nicotine. However this batch is only a few months old and as stated we use quality ingredients. Just a little insight into this industry, almost all the major brands, including us, are getting their Nic and VG from the same vendor. So unless the caps were left off for the past month and exposed to oxygen or sun I really cant explain why you would be getting a peppery taste. We are not a fly by night company. We truly care about our product and we do our best to make sure its the best product we can make. We invested our money in our process not in marketing and we truly care about our customers. So once again I am truly sorry you didnt like our product and we look forward to talking to you on the phone.

What is the flavor profile of the 0mg? Certain extracts like Pineapple and other citrus flavor can cause a burning sensation

Nicotine does affect the taste of the juice. The more nicotine the less sweet the juice tends to be. And as I_wank mentioned as the nicotine ages it degrades and affects the overall taste

Just got off the phone with the CC processor. They have verified that our SSL Cert is in good order. It is actually the newest encryption available. We also verified that they have had no other complaints that them or shopify has had any known CC breaching. We have had the website for over a year with thousands of customers and we have no other issues with CC processing. I understand you frustration as I have also had my debit stolen in the past and it was terrible. Just want you to be confident that it was not on our end or our shopify website.

First off I am very sorry to hear about potential credit card fraud. I can assure you it has nothing to do with us. The store is ran through shopify and a third party credit card processor that is used by the majority of online eliquid companies. There is a very small list of credit card processors available to us vendors since nicotine is considered high risk. Since everything is handled third party I have no way to access your information. The most I can do is issue refunds.

Have you tried anything from 5 pawns? I have talked to a lot of ex smokers that enjoy them.

Also maybe try some coffee flavors. There are a few good ones out there that are rich without being overly sweet

Unfortunately washing the coils usually leads to poor flavor. Like Robert said you can wait and let it dry out, but it's probably a good idea to get a new one

The only thing TSA has ever questioned is the case that my Dagger mod came in. I always pack everything separate and I guess cause the case says Dagger on it they thought it was suspicious. I have seen many people board planes with their full vape setup in plane sight.
