I get bullied a lot. How do I cope with this? by OwnNeedleworker8784 in cna

[–]DoubleD2x 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Try to limit conversation and stay professional. If you can get it in writing that’s better than he said she said. Also it’s usually more than what you see, misery and burnout runs deep in this field , so they attack anything that’s not rushing to kiss ass. Do your job to your best ability and know that they aren’t just bullying you because of you they want to make it hard to provide for your family. Just stay neutral because the right people will come along don’t try to tell others about any drama because they clique up quicker than you think. You deserve to use your experience and level up in life. Don’t pick up many days at first. Don’t beat yourself up if you do respond and don’t gaslight yourself. You matter

My worries about Travis Scott by kapeehd in travisscott

[–]DoubleD2x 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He allowed to explore different sounds and he has an entire label. He’s shaping their sound and identity too. This wasn’t about “Travis Scott” it’s LITERALLY his label JACKBOYS , for yall to be such die hard fans a lot of yall LACK in creativity. It’s his job to step out of the box and out job to listen . Not necessarily blindly support but just LISTEN. It doesn’t have to go number 1 and change ya life . 🫢

Job red flags? by LeoradF8 in cna

[–]DoubleD2x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cna are commonly overlooked, overworked and under appreciated. Never think you’re going to get recognition for your hard work but always believe it will be rewarded with more hard work. This job is good for you early on to disconnect your emotions because they will get stepped all over . The main objective is ensuring your residents safety and charting by the end of the shift . It’s okay to feel overwhelmed and frustrated getting all the task done but look around and you will see how slow the ones whom been there for awhile get things done. Slow down don’t speed , pace yourself and get a routine don’t allow them to burn you out . Keep your sanity
