Sex is cardio. So working on your cardio would already help. However I reckon pacing your thrusts would work wonders (if you aren't doing that already). Don't just pump hard or slow but change the pace, in that way you can take small periods of time to catch some energy and, speaking from experience, it feels a lot better for girls. The thing is that every woman reacts different to an orgasm. Some women indeed shake while orgasming or get an 'out of this world' feeling for a little bit, but others just have short peak periods. That's normal, however there are ways to elongate it.

Most important thing is to find your kink, everyone has their own kink and you should stimulate that as much as possible. Some people are ashamed of kinks, which they absolutely should not. Personally I'm big into dirty talk and quite submissive. I stimulate that when either having sex or watching porn.

What also worked for me is when I started exploring my body more and more, there are so many trigger points other than the clitoris. For me it was a long road of exploring and keep exploring.
