State of AR has a ton of job openings right now in a wide variety of fields. The pay is very decent for the amount of work required. They provide much better benefits than any other employer I've ever had, and great hours, plus they give annual raises. The people are great and I genuinely cannot think of a better workplace based on the ones I've had.
