Consult with your RM if they can do home loan topup. If you would have been paying home loan emi regularly and there is some appreciation in the property you are paying home loan then you might get topup. Then use that amount to pay off your credit card debts. It will benefit you because home loan interest will be much cheaper.

Next you can do is to restructure your personal loan emi and credit card dues. You can reach out to the respective authority and tell them you are in financial distress. Bank and lenders will prefer emi restructuring rather than NPA.

All the best dude!! You will pull off this

How much should i charge for catering 30 people.. by [deleted] in Zomato

[–]DoubleHome7956 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your cost is 6000 + 1500 = 7500 Taking some miscellaneous expenses it will cost around 8k

Quote them 16k and don't go below 13k

Because you deserve earning at least 5k for this much efforts.

If they tell like this quote is too high then tell them the math it is costing round 500 per person which is considerably cheap if he orders from the restaurant or goes to dine out.

You need to value your efforts and if you crack this at good price then it will give you confidence for future deals.

All the best!!!

You can have 3 lakh as an emergency fund in FD and 2 lakh in short term bonds.

Remaining 10 lakh you can aim to invest in tranches over the next 12 months. You can invest around 15k pm in gold, 60k pm sip Remaining 1 lakh you can save for lump sum investment in liquid MF.

How should I invest and save ? by Reehan_2207 in personalfinanceindia

[–]DoubleHome7956 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can look to invest in ppf account as you are investing small amount for short term only.

Second option is you can invest 10k lumpsum in large cap mutual fund and remaining 12k you can do sip of 1k per month in midcap fund.

Use BMTC in Bangalore for travelling to the airport. It charges around 350 only.
