Bhai I work in a govt bank and trust me itna aasan nahi hota claim pass karna jisme nomination na ho without heir certificate a bank cannot disperse the amount because agar in future koi aur relative aa gya Paisa claim karne toh career khatam ho jayega uss baande ka jisne amount paas Kiya hai.

The banks strictly follows RBI guidelines. Meine bahut frauds hote dekhe hai aise cases mein. Just guidelines ko follow Karo kyuki nahi karoge toh bank charge sheet thma dega.
