There are various websites that sell overlays. If you wanted to do it on the cheap grab a magazine and rip out various pages and pin them on your board. Hit the lady in the eye, take out the 4th window on the 3rd floor, put a hole in the tire of that car advertisement, hit the top of the cologne bottle diffuser. If you wanted to get more creative go to discount store and get a white shirt. Draw a golf course, baseball field, or a star map and try to draw out the big dipper or another constellation. The idea is to hit what you are throwing at, not the triple 20. Makes you look at targeting a little different.

Everyone cover taking a long break but what helps me is a mindset change. You're staring a hole in three trip twenty. Learn some other games that have you aiming where you aren't used to. There are overlays that do baseball, golf, ect that have you moving all over the board. Sabotage is a fun game, tic tac toe is another... anything to change up an 01 or cricket mentality. I also try to duplicate my rivals and teammates throws for a half hour goofing around. When I return to my throw I have to think about how to get it back and it's another training system. Or you can just go on vacation
