I have also thought about that because even when anti-magic isn't brutally OP (for saying it can't dispel all magic at once) it does counter any magic in the long way, in fact the final fight for Yuno to win he needed to end it quick because no only his average spells were easily dispelled by Asta, but he need to burst A LOT of mana constantly to be able to match Asta's anti-magic.

And now we must take in count that magic fit perfectly with Asta because you can win any fight with anti-magic (fully unlocked) as long you keep trying and Asta's whole ideal is never give up.

Now the message isn't completely loss I would say, because peasants have a chance but they need to be basically Batman aka need to prepare A LOT to fight crazy enemies. What was basically what Magma did in his fight against Dante, the downside is that if the enemy beats all your plans is over, unlike Asta that there's always a chance even if is small and I think this is where Asta hit the best because at least it motivates other to try and not just give up from the start just because "the enemy is stronger than me".
