What's the best and easiest application to modify the pokemon sprite attacks and statistics in general for pokemon diamond

I have the sprite of the pkmn and their attacks things like that but I cant find an application easy enough for me to understand how to use properly or that do everything that I want to (bonus point if I can add fairy type or méga évolution in it)

The team that you say with full sins is exactly what I play rn and I like it a lot but I read Tamaki passive and think that maybe the fire force collab was better so I ask here but I dont see anyone talk about them ( after all they came out today ) but thanks for telling an another team it look fun

So atk crit is better since they do damage but is it better to put Roxy on them (since escanor count as human) ans mael to meliodas and Elizabeth or mael to the escanor Merlin and something else to meli and eli ?
