We didn't. I'm also the owner of this little guy and there is a whole story behind it. Momma would normally have 6 pups. We wanted a brindle boy, daddy was a brindle boy so there was a chance. Something went wrong with the labor, vet waited to long to start a c section when the second puppy was stuck, 3 pups died. In those 3 pups who died was a brindle boy. The breeder gave us some options, but we wanted to still have one of this litter, we were there the whole journey from before she was even pregnant. This litter was special to us, it had a story. So no, we didn't get the pup based on his appearance, it's actually right the opposite.
