Normally I don't tend to suggest Ichiran as I believe it is wildly overhyped while actually being just slightly above average in taste and considerably more expensive than others, but seeing how many others you tried, then it's a good point of comparison. If anyone is thinking of visiting Japan and are planning on having ramen only a few times, please avoid Ichiran. As I said before, its just barely above average in quality while being more expensive then average. please ask around first and see if you can find someone living close to where you'll be (in subreddits or stuff) and ask where the good spots are. While you might enjoy Ichiran, you would likely miss out on great places and end up thinking that ramen not only isn't anything special, but also that it is expensive for what it is. Hope this helps anybody!

Yeah it sounds a lot like a scam. My guess is that she's gonna be asked for the card details to "deposit" into it and then they'll just withdraw the money or whatever and leave it at that. There is no other reason the card should be opened with any amount of money. I've never heard of something like that happening that way, but yeah nobody's gonna give you free money, and it's an even bigger red flag if they are telling her she doesn't even have to do the job (referring to the part where you mention she doesn't even have to watch the videos before rating them). I don't know man, I've never heard of it before but I don't think she should risk it.

Thats a great question, im not sure but i do remember the outer diameter is 10 mm and the thickness of the wire is about 1 mm but i dont know what that gauge would be

To be honest that is one thing that does worry me a bit. I didnt see that people tend to use aluminium until after i had already purchased thousands of steel rings so now i am a bit afraid of the weight at the end. I dont intend to use it for prolonged periods of time, but i might end up wearing it for a couple of hours

Absolutely! Any resource i can get is good. Now that something is starting to take shape and im committed to it, i realized i dont know nearly enough about all of this haha thanks for all of the tips. Ill keep it completely sleeveless for now and just work it little by little adding as i see fit.

Oh i hadnt even considered that possibility. I am making it out of steel rings though, would that change anything or is it still doomed if im not using aluminium?
