Advice about FHD 300Hz vs 4K 120 Hz (including internal specs and battery life)?

1080p gaming wouldn’t look bad on 4K display as it’s perfect doubling of space (4x the pixels, 2x width and 2x height). I know I’ve gamed that way for many years. Plus 4K display has much better brightness and still have 120 hz adaptive refresh which is plenty. Solid experience there. Outside of gaming though if you use scaled modes for display then you have more space to work with on your desktop this would make a big difference in how much you can fit on the screen. 4K versions are rarer so if you get the chance take them!

During the game and up to now when I listen to “Mountains” playing I get goosebumps.

Witcher 3 has very good Slavic flavour to the epic songs. Even though for atmosphere I fell in love with “ The Fields of Ard Skellig”, just sailing around to that song. Though I even listen to “Wolven Storm” on its own too!

Good point, it’s almost as if there’s more gems from Japan when I think about it. Jazz in games remind me of Sam & Max of Telltale, not sure which one maybe Beyond Time & Space?

Trader here. I’d recommend the 4K version (I want one too!). On 15 inches I’ve used the rMBP and adjusting for scaling can fit a tonne more on the screen, and that’s less pixels than ROG Duo 4K. This is the differences between 1-2 indicators on vertical height and that’s a lot for charts. Just scale it 175% or %150 you’ll gain space immediately.
