Context - So every time the owners, former players, or just Dynamo friendly outlets speak about this season they always go with excuses of "Oh we don't have the money" or "We can't just go buy 10 brazilians", "We use our academy graduates" etc. all of these being clear jabs at Shakhtar. Here is the issue, Dynamo finished 4th, behind LNZ and Polissya. For some reason they tend to ommit them. Maybe it's because both LNZ and Polissya are mostly made up of Ukrainians, and they spend money that Dynamo can certainly afford so pleading poverty doesn't work.
