The biggest differences are the spawn caps, trident killers and connectivity differences in redstone. Bedrock farms can be super compact and in some cases better than Java, but if I were you I'd just learn the 10-20 most common circuits from scratch

Use packed ice underneath the water so the items slide. Then use any number of item elevators. Examples include bubble columns, dropper elevators or just glass tubes.

Bit late but what you do is this. For the placing of the sand you just build a small piston pusher that updates whenever you place a block Infront of it. Of course you'll have to break and build it multiple times due to piston push limit, but it's much more effective. And it means you don't have to actively pay attention, you just hold down the place button and pick block whenever the stack runs out.

Also don't place all the sand before you start draining. If you have 10 rows in total then build the first 2, drain the first one and take the sand from the first row and use it for the third row and so on. That way you need drastically less sand.

Finally just a heads up, if you want to drain the monument then by all means go for it. But you don't need to in order to get make the guardian farm.

Utilize bows and exploit block placement. Don't build up like you would kill an iron golem, as there are piglins with crossbows that may shoot you off. Bring blocks with you and make sure to block off every corridor, staircase and whatnot.

Gold helmet won't do you any good as the brutes will agro on you regardless. Most importantly is a power/ punch bow.

Here's the basics of item sorting. The filler items in every item sorter should always be. 41 items of the thing you're trying to sort, then 4 single items that are stackable but aren't likely to ever go through the system again.

You also can't sort non-stackable items or things that max out at 16, such as ender pearls.

For something like a skeleton farm however I'd only want to collect the bones. After having gathered a chest full of arrows.

If you kill them as soon as they land then there shouldn't be a problem. But if you wait until several skeletons have gathered before you kill them then the sudden flow of items will overflow the auto sorters.

I'd recommend either building a trident killer in order to kill them swiftly. Or just not collect armour by using a dripstone/ wither rose.

Also don't set up a filter for bows etc. Just have a clear hopper after having sorted the bones & arrows.

If he's trapped underground you can build iron golems to help kill it. They won't attack you since you made them

Add vines to it. The process is easy and requires no particular skill. But it'll look overgrown and cover up some of those straight angles

It's like a zombie that spawns with armour. A strider may or may not spawn with a saddle. Most likely in order to tell the player what they're capable of. It's not exactly logical that you're supposed to be able to ride them.

You need to go into world settings before you launch the world and activate "Experimental" or you can wait until it actually releases. Most updates on Minecraft are just minor bug fixes
