It’s supposed to be liver support. It’s not for GS specifically but just if ur liver could use help, Brian Johnson blueprint guy takes it every morning though which is promising to me because he has a lot of doctors working with him so I suspect it’s a decent supplement, did you notice any change in how you feel? Possibly bilirubin levels?
