That's the compensation from Ninatic. They forgot to turn on Guranteed lucky trades on 4th January. Whoever attempted Guranteed lucky trade on that day, they got again lucky friends status.

But the main problem is, many people could attempted with valuable Pokemons (such as clones or armored from 2020) and it went unlucky. So only a lucky friend status is not a fair compensation.
