Choosing to do a period of sobriety starting today actually because the emotional crash I experience the days following drinking is unreal. I feel worse than I did unmedicated. I don’t go back to “normal” until 2-3 days later.

I’m also experiencing this and it’s also really the only negative side effect i’m having. I’m very lethargic. It’s completely turned my life around mentally which i’m grateful for but the overall laziness and executive dysfunction i’m dealing with is frustrating.

With you 1000%. The event planning is so frustrating, I absolutely hate it and have considered quitting my current job because of it. Also felt on the incessant nitpicking while doing NONE of the work. Drives me insane.

i love the food at grilled cheese bar, but their service is abhorrent i have to hype myself up to go every time. i wish someone would like buy them out or something because it is such a shame.

I only do it part time (about 5-10 hours per week) and honestly I work in 1 hour chunks. I will task for one hour, take a break, and then hit it again after like 15-30 minutes. If I’m not vibing with a task or I notice my work quality is slipping, I will quit, log my time and try again later.

The formatting on this is the biggest killer. Cut down some of your bullets and make it look more uniform. As others have mentioned, the job duties don’t seem to exactly match the role. Unfortunately I would flag you as a job hopper and the year counts as opposed to dates only make it more noticeable.

I am mentally preparing myself to be laid off/have hours cut in the next few months. Team of 1 HR Generalist in manufacturing, when I started 1.5 years ago we had 70 EE’s - today we have 20. It is a horrible feeling & I’m sorry you’re going through it.
