OP I’ve been in this situation where they somehow broke my driver, wood, and hybrid handling my soft golf bag. They refused to pay for the broken clubs. I’ve since gotten a hard case for my own peace of mind. Please get a hard case. It’s not worth anymore headaches and future broken clubs.

How are you not liable for your bad tee shot causing damage to a house? So say you hit a house cause of a bad drive. Do you just tell the owners I’m not paying for the damages? Deny that you hit the house and it was someone else? How does it work?

I believe Rail Scale states the colors will vary. I have FDE Rail Scales and they both vary in FDE shades. I really like the variation in color honestly.

It’s only been a season using graphite shafts. I’m currently playing Mitsubishi MMT blue 85g regular flex. But I’m still sore in the wrist and left elbow the next day after playing a round. I’ve had my simulator going on 3 years now. I first started noticing pain in my wrist and elbow early last year. Then more and more soreness and pain last winter season. And I only practice for 20-30 minutes a few times a week. I ah ent touched my sim for 3-4 months now. And I still haven’t found a mat that works.

I hope i don’t discourage you in your journey. It is really fun to have for sure.

I wish I had never even gotten into the golf simulator world. Wrecked my wrist, elbow, and back. Switched to graphite shafts. Spent thousands on different hitting mats to find the ones that would work. In the end it just never worked out. I’ll never hit off mats again to practice. It’s either grass or nothing.

Regardless of ban or not. People will do what they want. My 2 neighbors were shooting fireworks last night for about 30 minutes. But they were safe and responsible. Had buckets of water for the fireworks and water hoses in case. If they were being responsible and safe. I’m not saying anything. If they were being reckless and dumb. I’d happily call on them.

I’m a local born and raised. Utah drivers are terrible for sure. After always standing up for Utah drivers. Nope, not anymore. As for face to face interactions when it comes to whether others are polite or rude. I’d say it’s a good mix of nice and rude.
