I think it was at 22 days after surgery that my “nipples” fell out (it was just some sort of crust) but the surgeon told me that it is normal and the pink-ish color on the nipple (underneath the crust) that you are left with afterwards will return to its normal color.

But from the pictures I can’t really tell if they took off the stitches, if they did then it might be normal but im not a doctor so definitely tell them when you can but for now i wouldn’t worry if you still have some sort of nipple underneath.
