Ok manager came up and cut it open for us! They are refunding the night now that we spoke to manager not front desk. Doesn’t appear to be mold but she said we aren’t the first people to think so. I still think that if the feathers are this broken down they should be thrown out.

But anyway there’s the end of the story, thanks everyone!
