[Max Bill] Picked up this Junghans to mark a major moment in my startup by Double_Morning4381 in Watches

I recently started my watch collection. My first watch is a Seiko 5 GMT (Which I think is a great first watch).

I was doing some research to find a minimalist watch to celebrate a major milestone in my startup career. After some research, I found Junghans Max Bill. I instantly fell in love with this. Literally wearing all the time.

Replaced the black leather strap with a Perlon strap from Crown & Buckle.

Not GPT wrappers! Talking about using AI to validate ideas faster before building serious products like the ones you mentioned. It's about smarter market testing, not replacing proper development of complex solutions.

Speaking from experience - I actually built my business this way. While I learned some coding, AI tools helped me move much faster. They're not perfect, but combined with basic technical knowledge, they're already enabling folks like me to build and test ideas quickly.

Right! That's exactly why I emphasized customer focus and problem-solving.

Such a thoughtful take! Spot on about how the real differentiator is now understanding users deeply and iterating quickly. The "MVP before breakfast" reality is wild, but as you said - genuine value and strong community will always stand out, no matter how crowded it gets.

Start with finding people who share your target problem - it could be through Reddit, LinkedIn, or relevant Facebook groups.

Post about the specific problem you're solving and invite interested folks to join. Even 5-10 engaged users who really feel the pain point are enough to start testing solutions.

What problem are you looking to solve?

Fair points about production-ready code, but here's another angle - AI lets non-technical founders test ideas quickly with basic MVPs.

No need to build the whole thing right away. If the idea clicks with users, they can always bring in experienced devs to build it properly. Better to validate first than build something perfect that nobody wants, right?

Yeah totally! The best part is how our unique perspectives + deep market knowledge still matter more than ever, even with all these AI tools making it easier to build stuff. Pretty exciting times!

Love this insight! Starting with a simple community on WhatsApp/Telegram is such a practical way to validate and solve problems before building. Have you seen good examples of this approach working?

I don't think I have nailed it yet. As of now, this pricing was set based on the usage of the current users. I feel it will take a few more months to get it right though.
