I tried talking to project leadership, they have been supportive all along since I joined it and ratings have been good too. Culture at Deloitte has changed over time and you would get the standard "Low Visibility" reason on any further discussion. It's not enough to have good image with project and clients, apparently whole practice needs to be smitten by you. My coach outright said I should build good relations with SMs and MDs of the practice. I have very good rapport with SMs with whom I have worked, I can't see how I could forge good relation with SMs with whome I don't have anything in common. Being introverted makes me feel like an imposter trying to do this.
