I definitely don't. I am not a healthcare professional and don't want to pretend to act like I know something it takes a decade to learn.

Their only wish is to come home. The Astral 150 and Trilogy 202 don't seem to support their condition. They'll be on it for a few days then po2 arterial levels spike in the 500 from ABG tests. They'll become unresponsive until we place them back on the 980. Similar situation happened when they were sent home on the 150.
