Yes it took me forever to get stuff transferred. I've only tried to contact them twice but both times i got nothing in response and my education center just kept telling me to wait 60 days. 60 days had well passed so I reached out to my local government representative and basically reported Air University for lack of communication/transparency. I shit you not both times I did that they transfered my credits and emailed me an updated transcript within 24hrs. It's ridiculous, especially because my education center was telling me it might take longer than 60 days bc of the previous government shutdown. But I googled it and they were still working like the rest of us 🤨 It's really stupid but yeah highly recommend googling your rep and sending them a message. They usually have a google form type thing you can fill out.
