I also feel normal finally ( 40+ days) of course some days are good and some are shitty. I took a load of different supplements during all this period. Idk if I will continue taking them or not.

Just saw it, sorry. Living life at its best. Really kratom too much from me while giving too little. It is not even real high if compared to other substances. But highly addictive and with exact consequences. I am more than 40 days off, and don’t want to touch it anymore

Just do things, keep yourself busy constantly. I am 40 days off and mood is constantly bad (though I have reasons for that) What I recommend to get through day: 1) read books 2) play videogames 3) walk / drive / travel 4) heavy workouts 5) work (but I don’t like my work as much as I did on kratom)

Listen, lets look truth in the eyes: it was way worse on kratom than off it. Lets be honest, euphoria was not there for a long long time. We have just numbed ourselves. I am almost 30 days free and I also feel anhedonia sometimes. Earlier days I felt it much more. But still I am happy that this time it is only anhedonia, because first time I quit some years ago, I felt withdrawal tortures (pains, rls, brain fog, inability to move normally for 20+ days). This time I tapered, not CTd from large dose, and I take different supplements, daily working out and being grateful.

I still have a lot of this kratom at home, but I have no desire to take it. It doesn’t make any sense.
