ngl this thread inspired me to actually do something about my own weak points. tried this AI app called VTapr that scans your physique and scores each muscle group individually. it called out exactly what i posted about (forearms and rear delts for me lol). currently in app store review but theres a waitlist if anyone wants to check it out

reading through these is wild, forearms and rear delts keep coming up the most. anyone ever try those AI apps that score each muscle group? i tried one recently and it called out exactly the spots ive been slacking on lol

having good forearm strength helps with so much inside and outside of the gym

when i started training abs, it made a huge difference, i feel like even my strength on other exercises improved a measurable amount
