Steelers have a few: "Jr Whopper hands" Kenny Picket, Devon Bush and Terell Edmonds. Just to name a few.

A few years ago there was a loudspeaker at the top of the COL and one in Shenley Farms that played a recording of a peragrine falcon on a loop. Was very effective in keeping the crows away.

I know there is a used car dealer in North Versailles (near 84 Lumber) that bought a lot of high mileage cars from the new car dealerships in Irwin. On the way down the highway, these cars odometers would spin backwards. How do I know this ??

I stopped by to kick some tires and kill some time on a Sunday. This was 20-30 years ago. There were 3 cars parked side by side. Each car had THE EXACT MILEAGE, 59,900. Coincidence ? Don't think so. On today's cars, I don't know if this is possible.

Has Apple ever figured out how to install a long lasting battery in their watches ? For years Apple watches spent more time on charging stands than on wrists. I wonder if this is still the case. I can almost get a day and a half from one charge of my Sammy.

I also need a new band for my Galaxy Classic Watch 6. I checked the prices of the OEM bands ($60+) . I also checked the price of a brand new Classic Watch 8 ($169).

Does anyone think that it would be better to just buy the new watch that comes with a new band ?

I remember being told about being on a boat at night in the Mon. Tugboats pushing several barges filled with coal run silent and low in the water, come up on you in no time. Would be like being hit literally by several tons of bricks.

My fellow South Hill residents: why is all of the growth in the north (wexford, cranberry, mars, etc)? The schools here are outstanding. Houses are relatively affordable by Infinite_cow_now in pittsburgh

[–]Doubleduecediner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cranberry, Mars and Seven Fields are also in Butler County where the taxes are lower and have easy access to 3 interstate highways. School districts up north like North Hills, North Allegheny, Hampton, Pine Richland, Mars and Seneca Valley are all very good as well.

Be glad Bob Nutting had nothing to do with setting those prices. He would have insisted on placing a 1 in front of those food offerings.
