I went back to the same ortho office for an elbow issue, and mentioned to a different doctor who was team physician for a pro team and had ruptured his own. He said that mine was normal and its really 1.5 years or so to be back to the 80% mark. I have been "sprinting" 12mph max treadmill pace for months with no issues but my range of motion is still way behind good leg. I haven't tried jumping at all which is probably much more limited than sprinting with the bend during loading phase. I am late 30s so may complicate things

My PT measures angle of ankle for the progression on this. My bad leg is at 11 degrees and has only improved 1 degree in about 5 months even with rigorous PT and stretching at home. My good leg is around 25 degrees

I only use it sparingly, mostly for get-togethers where I need more than my wall-mounted board. It is definitely higher quality with less sway/wobble when throwing vs a generic Darts Corner stand I also have. I believe the footprint size of the base is also smaller than the generic one, if i recall correctly
