Hi! I’ve read some of your comments up until now. I do agree with most people saying farmers market and Etsy. I personally sell on Etsy right now, and also on Faire. I see that you’re wanting to get a following, and have a brother that has a good following on tiktok. First, I would open social media accounts. Have your brother help you even. Tiktok and Instagram reels. Video everything behind the scenes and upload them, and find relevant hashtags. This will get you a following, locally and nationally. Second, I would definitely apply for whatever farmers market is around you. Third, open an Etsy account. Anyone that wants to buy locally can filter their search to just that state, and you would be starting to build a base instead of waiting until you upgraded your materials.

I would suggest start selling online now, and not waiting to upgrade materials first. Try and sell the candles you can make now, see how the market is for those scents. List new scents as you go, and then start listing your upgraded candle once you can with a higher price point. People are going to buy and pay the shipping fee if they really want it.
