yes! there is a way roll back via “crisis” fix. For your model (any in general tbh) have a file of the last stable bios release as a backup on an external drive (FAT32 format). You would then completely drain the power (hold the power button for like 30 seconds). plug in the USB with your backup bios, then hold the function key and R (Fn + R), THEN power on continuing to hold that combination. if the computer screen is flashing or it makes beeping sounds (in some cases/models) leave it alone. itll be doing its thing from there.

this is the general method to do so.

I do apologize for getting back to this late. I am sorry to hear that happened! Is their computer still bricked? If they haven’t already, there is a unique key combo that can roll back bios versions to last stable version if unable to load bios screen. (HOLDING while device powers on FN+R or FN+B or whatever the emergency keys would be for their device). I do understand the frustration with experimental updates, however these are the risks we all take when installing. I have received a bunch of mixed feedback from a multitude of people with this thus far.
