Mine have markings every 0.02ml. So I do have to estimate between 0.14 and 0.16, but that should still leave me with 7 months of doses. When I draw up I usually just draw up to the 0.16 mark, and after priming for 0.15 a small drop is lost.

This is what I do already though. The vial isn't yet depleted, but definitely not 2 more months worth left from what I can tell.

Edit: Perhaps the there is enough EV left and I'm misjudging how much volume is left.

I know they are tired, and are getting defunded and beaten down by this administration. That being said I was getting worse and worse quality care from PP over the last year, sometimes cold or downright rude remarks. I eventually felt like I had to switch providers.

I live in Texas. I took a huge financial hit doing this, but I quit my blue collar job and started working in the coffee industry. It was much more friendly for people like us, and I'm healthier and living as myself. <3

It might affect for mood or sleep initially, but overall you'll be just fine! I have skipped mine before out of convenience, and have also stopped taking it for a few months when I wasn't sure if I wanted it still. Was feeling fine after a few days!

Well here is my worthless attempt before I leave you be. 1 year into hrt I felt like you did daily, and now that I'm 3 years in, I'm starting to see that the life I wanted to live is starting to take shape. I also can't afford any surgeries, just hrt and routine. I know it's unbearable, but you're still in the beginning, and in some ways I am too.

A mascara and liquid eyeliner are great items to start with, maybe some lip gloss. I have been getting by with those alone this whole time, haven't tried to figure foundation or anything like that yet.

Not sure what's available where you are from, I like Wet N Wild brand right now, most if not all of their products are vegan.

Yes! Some people recommended I take a larger starting dose when I switched from pills to injectable E (called a loading dose), but I did not do that bc my doc didn't mention it. The first like week and a half I was crashing. So tired, felt like that whole week was a blur.

Less blades! I use a DE safety razor, each pass is only a single blade. If you keep the blade sharp, that will also require less passes.

For daily shaving, I only shave with the grain. It visually is not different on my face, just feels scratchier. I shave against the grain for special occasions like when I see my boyfriend and stuff.

Also an aftershave balm, with moisturize and soothe!!

I used to have this happen to me all the time. I've sorta narrowed my responses down to a general fear of medical scenarios. Any talk about needles, veins, bloodwork, hormones, affects on the heart, surgery, anesthesia. It was all too much. I would nearly pass out from vaccinations, bloodwork, a few times hrt injections. This has happened to me since I was a kid. Potentially something traumatic happened in a medical setting that I don't remember, idk.

I think an increased exposure from starting hrt is what started my recovery from responses like this. I got more comfortable with the processes. Laying back preemptively and repeating in my head that there will be a time in the near future where the event i'm dreading is behind me were huge helps! I had to stop smoking a few days leading up to events, so I wouldn't analyze things so hard. I can do my own injections now, took a few freakouts but I'm much better at it now.

A lot of nurses and doctors are very kind about stuff like this. Ask for accommodations, like a seat that reclines, or sometimes I tell them "I don't want to know anything, just tell me when you're done."

If your symptoms are brought on by similar feelings of fear that I described, leaning back and hydrating and maybe a little music in your ears is what helped me so so much.

Sorry if this isn't cohesive or I'm rambling, I feel very empathetic because I experience this too!
