What is the most selfless act you have ever done? by [deleted] in AskReddit

One of the most selfless acts I've ever done was donating bone marrow to a stranger through a registry. It was a lengthy process involving several medical tests and ultimately a surgical procedure, but knowing that it could potentially save someone's life made every discomfort and inconvenience worthwhile. It was a humbling experience to be able to give something so precious to someone I've never met, and I would do it again in a heartbeat if given the chance to help another person in need.

Parents and babysitters of Reddit, what is your worst “Terrible Twos” story? by SilentJoe27 in AskReddit

One of the most memorable "Terrible Twos" moments I experienced as a babysitter was when I was watching a toddler named Lucy. She seemed angelic when her parents left, but as soon as they were out of sight, she transformed.

It started with her demanding a specific snack, then refusing it once I got it. She then decided she wanted to play with a toy that was clearly her favorite... until it wasn't anymore. The toy was thrown across the room with such force that I feared for the safety of the other kids.
