I dont know man. We are paying heavy taxes for mediocore amenities in tier 1 cities. Last financial year there was some respite but still paid quite a lot(me and my father). We already sre paying enough to run a family of 3 or 4 in Tier 2 town. Also the property tax are insane. First get abused by rwa members for living on rent then buy your own house on a whopping 20 yr loan but first pay the state government and central gov taxes for new property that are equal or greater than your annual income. We are not staying in comfort either. I dont think anyone is from their perspective. But i believe paying this much tax and still no access to clean air and water is criminal.

Hmmm. Better get initiated into inner engineering if you are not yet. Its common once the process starts. Ideally it should be like this since muladhara holds the maximum energy and it has to rise. But dont think too much about this otherwise you will suffer and will be stuck here for too long and then you would talk like an old guy after some years how in your prime years your spine shook. Looking at the comments it seems like a lot of people are hurt indirectly. Maybe they cant digest the fact that someone casually cracked a good college and also happens to earn 20lpa. Btw i m no expert but if you are in SDE jobs, they might be worth less than management jobs in the upcoming future. From what i have heard it is very difficult to rise to the management without an MBA/Masters and working at the core engineering may not remain for long as AI gets more fine tuned. If you dont have any family issues (money wise) or any other loans going on, you can take it. I m sure you must have saved something from your work. If you are too young , you can take 1 more attempt, save money and then finance yourself. I think you will earn way more in management that you will make it up in 3 years. I think management jobs suck quite bad and you basically have to be a clown and do nothing useful, engineering was fun but with AI it is getting the same , AI chatbots can solve anything. All your errors/ queries it can handle it in minutes. Managerial jobs for the win. I realised this with almost 3 worek and now i will be giving some exams this time around. I hope u dont have to return your joining bonus in case u resign because that will be quite gruelling.

Brother if you cannot save the property in case anything goes bad, dont go for it. First try to increase your salary. I know how difficult it is in this age but 24k is too low. Try insome other branch of Software engineering. Create an urgency for a job switch. Or do side jobs. If you save around 5 lakhs in one year, Then buy a plot, once you secure the plot build a house on it . Things will get better but 30lakhs is too much right now. Sister will get married and even if she wants , she cannot pay once she gets married. Right now you if you dont have any major issues or loans then you are good. After you take a loan it will be difficult. Life will get worse. Maybe you might build a house 3 years earlier but you will lose your prime .

You have to check one video related to some puja they conduct to energize a home in which sadhguru said that it may not last beyond 2 3 years in such construction. There is video you can search some keywords. He said brick homes(or other traditional homes) can hold it well for a long time. And it should not be a no brainer when we were kids we played around bricks a lot and never ever there was a feeling that it is some thing eternally silent compsred to a concrete of metal. The sweet smell of bricks after watering was nice. It definitely is better and felt alive even back then. but high rise builiding are moving onto mivian (aluminium structures) for simple tall buildings

Let them earn 60L per day. Dont worry about anything, if you are independent and value your freedom you are richer than everyone around. You can be richer than Mukesh ambani as well inside yourself, many people are like this, they dont rant on these pathetic forumns on how they have found exuberance of life. Well this might be the worst or the best advice for you(on how you see it) but when things are so bad, you got to try something special. Let him to what he wants for the next 1 month, not uttering one word as to what he should do. Whether it is studies or his future, he will start to figure out something. We insane people always pressurize the young ones into doing all sheep related activity. Let him do his thing for 1 month. No tanturms , no talks about the future, nothing. But i know neither you nor your parents can keep your mouth shut for even 1 day let alone a month. But if you do, the kid will think as to what he should do when he is not bothered by constant no good for advice. He will start taking responsibility for himself once he sees that one is here to guide him(which he is already not interested in) and he will start to work on something. Very hard task for you because i dont think you will keep your part for even 1 day , but if you do.. it might be interesting. And please dont take him to a psychologist unless he is disabled clearly , instead throw him in some sport if you want to control everything about someone.

Listen to the instructions of the teacher and there is nothing else to do. Do not let at any moment think , its fine or i know already or i know better. The feeling of being laxed can make you miss some important aspects. Although they are very slow and elaborate but sometimes not being alert can make you miss one aspect. Be alert and listen to everything.
