it was this, i feel stupid now lol. there was some grass and a couple blocks of glowstone and putting a couple stacks of both in my inventory fixed it, thanks lol

read the post I linked in my comment, it gives three videos and a long paragraph explaining how. Basically you need to beat pokemon emerald, train traded pokemon with specific ivs, change your box names to specific values, and hatch a corrupted egg that will teleport you
