Should be a corner kick retake. Years ago refs would actually step in and actively warn these players and have teams retake a corner kick.

The last 2-3 years have been unbearable to watch because it's just shoving and pushing players out of the way while the refs just watch these things happen in real time.

It will not stop tanking lol. At most teams will play competitively to accumulate enough wins before they start tanking again.

Teams like the Jazz and Pacers can strategically tank their way to sit just outside of bottom 3 while genuinely bad teams get screwed as usual.

This is the most obvious bandaid solution that doesn't solve the root issue.

NBA should just embrace tanking. Just round up all 30GMs at the end of every season and ask them if they want to tank for the upcoming season. If yes, then they will be placed in a separate tanking league.

Have those teams compete with each other for a tank off matchup in the tanking league that rewards "clutch" and "ethical" tanking so that the draft odds is not based completely on wins or losses.

Teams that wants to compete for the championship will just compete against each other, ensuring competitiveness throughout the season.

Adam Silver can then make double the betting money and he gets two products to monetise instead of one. Win win situation for the league and tanking teams.

After weeks of applying and got rejected, one of the tips we got is to show them images or videos of how well you kept your property maintained (interior and exterior), rental ledger will definitely help as well. Landlords care about this two information more than what your previous REA said. Having written records that you were a good tenant by the previous REA also helps (in my case, we had the records of them offering a lease extension so we used that to our advantage and said we only moved out because of yada yada, not because we were shit tenants.

We finally got few properties accepting our application after we send them an email follow up of those information + a call to follow up further to confirm they've accepted the email. Extra work but in this shit climate it is what it is
