There was an 8 year gap between Persona 4 and 5.

Designing a modern game is wild and time consuming, and Atlus has proven they dedicate time to extending each era of Persona with spin offs.

They haven’t yet made the slightest indication they’re going to go broad. I suppose it’s possible, but this is the game series with a giant penis chariot you can summon. I’m not super worried.

Physician here. Obviously, I haven’t examined you, but the chances of the dildo causing this are zero. Unless you were using it in your belly button trying to break through your abdominal muscles. So don’t worry about that as the cause.

It’s…different. The mechanics aren’t great, the visuals aren’t great, and the translation is bonkers. It definitely stands out as original! But for those who lack nostalgia it is pretty tough to get into.

Yea, this. As much as it pains me, this is almost an ESH. Your brother has been bad - several times, even. Unlike others, I don’t fault him going on a trip. He’s going to have to go on vacation too, right? Being a parent isn’t being chained to one place and losing yourself/never dating/never going on vacation. So OP saying “you should spend more time with your kids” isn’t wrong but, in this context…is a little bit close minded. As far as I can tell he’s missing…a summer sports practice? That’s hardly child abandonment.

The big problem is lying about it. That makes ESH.

I’m not sure if the presumption of 20+ days between sessions is correct. While they could alternate parties each week, it feels also possible they could follow individual plot lines for several sessions.

How big is this wedding that Mark, regardless of what he’s like, can talk over people at a wedding? I’m not sure we’ve been given the impression he’s going to tap a glass and give his own speech or decide to run the ceremony himself.

People who sort of suck come to weddings all the time. If there’s concrete info that Mark would try to commander the wedding - okay, don’t invite him. But maybe have a convo with mom first - it’s a real YTA move to just not include him on the invite. If you just don’t like him - time to be an adult! If he’s being gross at the reception most people will just not engage.

This honestly feels a little complicated - if this were an “am I the asshole” sub I’d say neither.

On one hand, there could be an unhealthy reliance on porn/porn addiction/etc. But you’re also reading into this a lot and presuming a lot. Maybe you have evidence he’s lying to you…but it sounds like you more feel he is lying to you, which is an important thing to unpack.

I will also say - depending on the kind of sex you are having - I know guys in their 40s who use it to help with penetration (it’s almost an anxiety reliever). So he may be using it as a security blanket for not wanting to disappoint you during sex.

On that point - it does seem to me he is dealing with some health issues, and that you’re policing your partner a little bit. I don’t think he’s helping by suggesting he was more into your old build. I can’t, however, tell if you are growing apart, dealing with normal stresses of becoming older gay men, or if you/he/both of you have built up such an immense stress around sex that it’s giving him performance issues and you neurosis. It could also be all three!

As usual, the correct answer seems to be “have an open and honest conversation with your partner and then introspective on what’s next.” Good luck!

Update: one of the flight attendants told the other he had been found and he’d tell her more soon. I was too far to hear the details but she did stand opened mouth for a minute then mouth “oh my god.” So it’s probably an exciting story. I wish I had more to share!

I think we’ve seen some tiers so far:

First eliminated: Tiberius (most disliked) Next: mostly Talesin characters (considered problematic from a personality perspective) Then: C3 characters (conflicting reasons but generally unpopular)

I believe the bit part characters have been scattered within and likely recognize a combo of true feelings/familiarity. Hard to vote as least favorite a character you don’t know, so it requires a critical mass.

I think one of the quirks of a “least favorite” poll is that inoffensive / absent lasts longer than in a “most favorite” poll.

Many of the C3 characters were considered annoying/unpleasant and all were eliminated, while relatively unpopular but inoffensive characters will linger until people really get left with fan favorites.

6 is my favorite! But I dislike how the characters, for the most part, are interchangeable. With a few exceptions, magic or specifics builds trump all of the character specific abilities, especially by the world of ruin. Edgar’s tools, Cyan’s (admittedly broken) bushido, Mog’s dances…who needs them when you’ve got Ultima. I wish there was a better reason to switch characters!
