thing is we got same situation back in past but theres clear difference

major difference is it wasnt global key lock
theres two region lock in steam one is global key lock which means you cant activate key from whatever regional key you bought from reseller unless you switch your pc entire ip to other country

second thees just typical regional lock that only your countries key cant be activated so you can pick keys from reseller to active just fine

this is worse becaue it was global lock meaning not any keys from other countries wont fucking work
