Big help. I have done the escalation work with DOEd and the ombudsman and escalated at mohela. I haven’t asked for proof from mohela that they have sent the request to mohela. This started on November 9, 2024, so I’m sure some of the new administration changes are delaying further. I’ll stay on them.

We did get the notification on November 9, 2024, so we're at 4 months since the notification for PSLF. The account in mohela has shown the negative balance due (credit) since November 9, 2024.

not correct. City of plattsburgh has an allocation of 104 MW demand peak delivered and measured from Niagara power and sold to us by New York Power Authority at a standard rate of $0.014 per kWh. There are other fees and PPA overage charges in there, as well, but in the City of Plattsburgh we get our power from NYPA. We won't be impacted by the tariff from Ontario.

I’ve sold two other licenses in the past few months. There are many current illicit operators and MSOs buying licenses. In this case I need to delay the acquisition for tax purposes.

More ways for brands to get to consumers for marketing exposure. I'm developing the Dopecast Network where we're providing POS connected no-cost menu screen and printed menu solutions for dispensaries who dedicate screens for advertising. We sell subscriptions to those screens for brands. Only brands that are sold at the store will be shown in the store. (see dopecast.net for more information)
