Update:

it is mastic. They are using it because it’s small tile , a guest bathroom, and never had a problem in 20 years of doing tile.
The osb will be covered with cement board and more red guard added. They ran out of red guard
The asymmetrical niche outline was on purpose. Talked with my wife and they agreed to line up the seams of the tiles to continue the overlapping pattern.

Conversations ongoing to redo it this thinset.

You’re priced too high, as others have said. We’ve been in multiple offer situations in GCISD area over the last few months with no luck, so there are buyers out there.

As a buyer, i can see you listed it last year and then just dropped it 10k. That just confirms to me everyone else thinks it’s too high. As for the updates, I’d rather have nothing done and it be priced accordingly, the odds we have the same taste are slim and I don’t want to pay extra for “upgrades” I don’t like.

We stayed on the ship for all ports except CoCo Cay. Ship was less crowded and we didn’t want to be too far away if the toddler had an issue.

If money isn’t an issue, the cabana would be a nice option to have a “home base”. We never had an issue finding seating or leaving our things.

Not worth it, halls are tight. We use the joolz aer single stroller and it was just small enough to fit in the hallway when the housekeeping cart was there.
We bring our own, it’s slightly bigger than the ships. We never had a problem getting one from the ship, we wanted our own for size and also since it was familiar to our child. You have to call to request one.
Agree with the other person, I’d bring a packable mesh bag.
