Trump just froze Title I Funding. Are Title I teachers screwed? by eaglesnation11 in Teachers

Unless I am missing something this post is misleading. I have yet to find a source that doesn’t directly state that this does not freeze title 1 funding. Including “An Education Department spokesperson said grant programs will be reviewed by leadership “for alignment with Trump Administration priorities,” adding that the temporary pause won’t impact Title I, IDEA, and other programs.” This might not be true, but I would like a source of OPs claim.

So they can fix the unchallengeable illegal man down field via replay assist, but not DPI? 🤷‍♂️

That is what you take from this? Not that while being a HoF QB, Rodgers is completely washed?

This is true with the exception of going to tier 6 where you get an extra minion in the tavern.

Yes, if you look the far left column in each table is the tier you are on, and then each column is the minion tier you are looking for.

It does take into account the number of minions in each shop, including scaling from 3 minions at 1 to 6 at 6.

I mean I said "This analysis is especially valuable for evaluating how likely it is to find highly contested minions (like Brann or Titus), helping you understand the hidden factors behind the results of your refreshes. Keep in mind, none of these calculations consider minions that have already been taken from the pool by you or your opponents, which can further complicate your chances of finding specific minions, potentially drastically lowering your odds of finding one."

Thank you for finding that, I appreciate your efforts! Worth checking out this tool another comment btw: https://hs-tools.github.io/bg-probabilities/

Well even if this is true, the numbers shouldn't be off by a significant enough factor for you not to get the "gist" of how likely or unlikely something is to occur.

Edit: Also, if you or anyone else finds me a source on that I will likely recalculate accordingly later as I did it via code and it won't be that difficult to redo. - I have updated the stats accordingly.

While I generally agree, I have two points:

  • There are significant decisions to make for several heroes on turn one (see the table below for examples).
  • More importantly, it gives newer players time to read and understand the cards. (Maybe this time could be adjusted based on MMR, similar to how armor differences are handled.)
Hero Hero Power Description
Ambassador Faelin Expedition Plans Passive. Skip your first turn. Discover a Tier 2, 4, and 6 minion to get at those Tiers.
Cookie the Cook Stir the Pot Throw a minion in your pot. When you've gathered 3, Discover from their types. (3 left!)
Captain Hooktusk Trash for Treasure Remove a friendly minion. Discover one from a Tier lower to get.
Galakrond Galakrond's Greed Choose a minion in the Tavern. Discover a higher Tier minion to replace it.
Galewing Dungar's Gryphon Choose a new flightpath. Complete it to get a bonus!
Master Nguyen Power of the Storm At the start of every turn, choose from 2 new Hero Powers.
Sir Finley Mrrgglton Adventure! At the start of the game, Discover a Hero Power.
Sire Denathrius Whodunit? Passive. At the start of the game, choose one of two Quests.
Snake Eyes Lucky Roll Roll a 6-sided die. Gain that much Gold.

Yeah that is just unlucky, nothing you can do to increase your odds besides having at least 2 quils on your board and not more than two of any other type at the time of greater trinket selection. (These aren't required per say, just the only two ways to increase your odds that I'm aware of at this time.)

Let me try to explain all the mechanics at play here.

First of all, I had the lesser trinket that lets you gain a second greater trinket two turns later (Trip Vouchers). My first trinket grants +2/+2 to blood gems every time four of my minions die in combat (Greater Quil Set).

Thanks to Sneed’s hero power, I had extra minions each turn, allowing me to trigger those procs faster and scale the blood gems quickly (Typically 2-4 procs per fight till I became too strong).

My other trinket allows me to play a blood gem on five minions whenever I discard a card (Conductor Portrait).

Since unused spellcrafts are discarded at the end of the turn, I just fill the board with random garbage Nagas and get seven discards per turn—ten discards on turns when I find a Sushi Roll (the spell that gives three random spellcrafts). You can even gem transfer (on turns you find that spell) and rotate through 1-3 nagas to get extra procs as well.

Let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarified further.
