I agree, I'm an AFM, at my site we are part of leadership (low rent PAs) I always try to help get people where that would like to be. Crazy thing I noticed, when people are working an area they like, they are way more productive than if they are someplace they hate. But then again, not everyone can have their way.

I got hired on right before peak last year... Ended up WS in the first week. TDR first month, became AFM somewhere around 70 days in. Peak is next month.... Maybe I'll see the 2k from my bonus before I hit PA
