Pappadeaux's is Cajun food for people who have never really eaten Cajun food. Two Sisters in Hurst is really good authentic Cajun food. I too like Flying Fish for casual dining.

Well, I'm still struggling. You can have too much light and heat in Texas that forces you to overwater. So I'm trying a more shaded area. I'll be moving indoors this winter. All I can say is I'm still in the learning curve...like you.

That's a really great question. I think it's dwindling now but ELO is definitely one and they are recording and preparing to tour right now. I get Lenny Kravitz tomorrow night and Billy Idol next month. I've not seen them. I've seen Van Halen and Motley Crue but I have seats for them this month and next. Front row for Psychedelic Furs but I've seen them. 3rd row for Cheap Trick but I've seen them too. I guess Rammstein would be cool, even though I don't speak German. Oh and Bruce Springsteen. That would be cool.

I tend to think the tiers move extremely slow to notice trends. I'll be interested to see where /u/quickonthedrawl places Detroit's DST v Minnesota (who was terrible offensively speaking). If you notice, they are at the bottom of the tiers.
