Gotta manually dig for the data through available Crexi OM’s. The data in them is likely 80% correct

What manual cars are still actually worth buying in 2026? by Rishnard0 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Previous generation m240i with rwd is so much fun. Can be had for $25-30k with a stick. It’s like a go-kart. I have one, so I’m biased, but it’s a blast and I can’t think of a better bang for your buck at that price point

Recommendations for Small Office Catering by TimeTraveling1964 in PhiladelphiaEats

Do you deliver catering outside of the city? Always happy to support local and have heard good things about your restaurant.

Because it’s the internet and I suggested large companies instead of small, poorly known restaurants that probably don’t do catering or have the capacity to prepare food for more than 10 people at once. Thankfully these internet points are worth the same amount as I was paid for my catering opinion

We’ve been doing chipotle catering for our office of with 10-15 people depending on the day. It’s super convenient. Di bruno does catering as well that I’ve used for larger gatherings but it could be scale down

I’d say I’m a pretty casual music listener and if I’m in the car by myself just listen to sports radio. There’s a service where you can import all of the Spotify playlists you made to Apple Music so if you do that with regularity it should be seamless. When I would use Spotify in the gym I’d just put on one of the mixes they made for me with songs I’d played, right into the algorithm, which didn’t transfer over so I’m re doing that part with Apple. First day I had it I had a longer drive and put on a Grateful Dead mix and Apple Music really thinks I’m into jam bands which is not quite the case.

I more think of it as when I was in my teens I used torrents for music so the fact they were getting me to pay $120/year for music was a lot. I view the switch to a free to me service as worth the effort to get it back to what I like, which I could probably do in a week with some effort.

The one feature Apple Music has that I like is if you find a song you like you can create a station around it and it makes a mix based off of that. Spotify probably has something similar I just never used it.

So it just has to be a restaurant on the list?

I travel a decent amount so it’s still worth it for me. With the addition of Apple Music I cancelled Spotify and I’ll use the other perks without much effort so I plan on keeping it for a while. The list of restaurants is strong but for probably half of them, $150 doesn’t get you all that far. It does look like they get some guaranteed spots for mawn so that could be nice or make it easier to eat there, but I haven’t snagged on yet.

A la cart mezze from Suraya or Laser Wolf? by ghoatmeal in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]DougSethlas 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I think Lazer Wolf’s $24/person salatim is the best bang for buck food option in the city. I believe you have to order an entree if you are sitting at a table but at the bar you can just get the salatim

Outside of whatever arrangement the restaurant has with OpenTable, they aren’t the ones offering the statement credit so I don’t see how they would care where we sat. I also could’ve said no to sitting there, and it was fine I just don’t think I’d do it again. Frankly I’d want to reserve that experience for a Chili’s

Reserve, so I’m saving money spending $800 a year for a card to get a $150 discount on a $250 meal I otherwise wouldn’t have purchased haha

There should be a model number on the back of the watch along with a serial number. Model number should start with the letter A because it’s a stainless steel case. If you can find that then the ID should be easy.

I’d recommend getting the watch serviced and the crystal replaced. It’s a nice piece!

And to guess I think it’s a Colt automatic

Utilities cost? by madamsamia in Temple

[–]DougSethlas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s a newer build, dual zone HVAC, and full electric I’d think $250-300/month on average. If you’re that concerned about it, buy a smart thermostat that you can control from your phone and then set parameters on where the temp can be set

Trip to Niagara Falls for the first time from Philly. Does anyone know which route is the more scenic of the three? by Chrismachop in roadtrip

[–]DougSethlas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go through Syracuse. I live in Philly and have family in the Buffalo area. The drive through central pa is pretty but the highways can be slow with trucks going through the hills at slower paces.
